Thank you for choosing Dairykhata, the dairy farm management software developed and managed by Sherlak India Pvt Ltd. We strive to provide the best possible service and user experience to our valued customers. However, we understand that there might be instances where you may need to seek a refund. This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund for our software. Dairykhata is a unit of Sherlak India Pvt Ltd.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Valid Refund Period: A customer is eligible for a refund within the time frame of 30 days from the date of purchase of Dairykhata software. The refund period is fixed by Sherlak India Pvt Ltd.
  2. Demonstration of Issues: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must demonstrate that they have encountered critical issues or technical problems with the software that make it unworkable for its intended purpose. The issues must be reproducible and not due to user error or hardware limitations.
  3. Dissatisfaction with Service: If a customer is not satisfied with the software's performance or features, they may be eligible for a refund within the specified refund period.
  4. Non-Breach of Terms of Service: Customers seeking a refund must not be in violation of the Terms of Service or End User License Agreement (EULA) during their usage of Dairykhata.

Refund Procedure

  1. Contact Support: To initiate the refund process, the customer must contact Dairykhata Support within the eligible refund period. They can reach out to our support team via email at [email protected] or through the customer support portal on our website.
  2. Issue Verification: Upon receiving the refund request, our support team will review and verify the reported issues to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  3. Resolution Attempts: We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the reported issues and provide necessary assistance to the customer to ensure the smooth functioning of Dairykhata.
  4. Refund Processing: If the issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time or if the customer remains dissatisfied, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days.


  1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for customers who have a change of mind or simply decide they no longer want to use Dairykhata.
  2. Third-party Software: We are not responsible for refunds for any issues arising from the interaction of Dairykhata with third-party software, plugins, or systems.
  3. Breach of Terms: Customers found in violation of the Terms of Service or EULA will not be eligible for a refund.


Dairykhata reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this refund policy at any time without any prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our Dairykhata website, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
