Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment: We want you to be fully satisfied with DairyKhata. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within the eligible period and we'll make it right. Email us at [email protected].

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the DairyKhata platform. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation

How to Cancel

  • Log in to your DairyKhata account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
  • Or email [email protected] with subject "Cancel Subscription"
  • Or call/WhatsApp us at +91 7303435042 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM IST)

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You retain full access until then.
  • Annual Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle.
  • No charges are incurred after the cancellation date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Cancel within 7 days of first payment (monthly plan) Full Refund 100% refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription
Cancel annual plan within 14 days Full Refund 100% refund if requested within 14 days of annual purchase
Cancel annual plan after 14 days Pro-rata Refund Refund for unused complete months remaining in your annual term
Cancel monthly plan after 7 days No Refund Monthly plans are non-refundable after the 7-day window
Service downtime > 24 hours (our fault) Credit Issued Account credit proportional to downtime duration
Free trial — no charges N/A No payment taken during 14-day trial, nothing to refund
Account terminated for ToS violation No Refund No refund if account is closed due to violation of our Terms

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Step 1: Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your registered email and reason
  • Step 2: Our billing team reviews and approves the refund request within 2 business days
  • Step 3: Refund is initiated to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, net banking)
  • Step 4: Funds appear in your account within 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)

You will receive an email confirmation at every step. For UPI refunds, funds typically arrive within 24–48 hours.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup fees or onboarding charges (if applicable)
  • Add-on features purchased separately and already activated
  • Any plan purchased at a discounted/promotional rate (unless stated otherwise in the promotion)
  • Payments made more than 90 days ago
  • SMS or WhatsApp message credits consumed

6. Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first at [email protected]. We resolve almost all billing issues quickly and directly.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
