We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users — dairy farmers, cooperative managers, delivery partners, and gaushala administrators — who use our dairy management software platform.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website (dairykhata.in), our mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to this policy.

This policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.

• Business Data: Dairy/farm name, number of animals, milk production records, customer details, payment records
• Demo Requests: Name, phone, email, preferred date/time, business type
• Support Queries: Messages, attachments shared via contact forms or WhatsApp

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Device type, operating system, browser type and version
• IP address, approximate location (city/state level)
• Pages visited, features used, session duration (via analytics)
• App crash reports and performance data

2.3 Sensitive Personal Data

We may collect financial information (bank account details, UPI IDs) only for payment processing purposes. This data is encrypted and never stored in plain text.

• To create and manage your DairyKhata account
• To provide, operate, and improve our dairy management services
• To send you important service notifications (milk collection alerts, payment reminders)
• To respond to support requests and demo inquiries
